How it works
Engagements start with the Reckoner Diagnostic.
A short intake that maps each client's situation to the right type of work. Some engagements are focused sprints: one question answered, one system stood up. Others are broader builds involving full infrastructure, team workflows, or phased projects.
How investment works
Engagements start at $2,500.
What moves that number: scope, execution split, and deliverable depth. The Diagnostic produces a specific investment estimate, confirmed on the discovery call, that does not change without the client's approval.
Scope
How many channels, platforms, or systems are in play. A single platform deep-dive is a different engagement than a full multi-channel infrastructure build.
Execution split
How much of the hands-on work lands on Reckoner versus the client's team. More Reckoner-led execution means a heavier engagement.
Deliverable depth
An audit brief is a different thing from a fully built infrastructure with documentation and training. Depth drives investment.
